Ada handles copyrights and licensing: registrations, assignments, takedowns and the licenses creators sign.
Ada studied illustration before law school, so she reads a licensing deal the way the artist will live with it. She registers copyrights for writers, photographers, designers and software teams, writes contractor assignments, and marks up the licenses clients are asked to sign.
She also writes most of our guides for creators.
