When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. Like most sites, ours also records basic technical data, such as pages visited and browser type, to keep it working.

How we use it

We use what you send to check for conflicts, reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who else sees it

Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf. Filings we make for clients, such as trademark applications, become public record as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for a client file. Email hello@northmarkip.com.
